• This is a Friday & Saturday event.
• Open to general attendees Friday 13:00 to 19:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 15:00 local.
• Vendors and tailgaters can setup starting 2 hours before general opening.
• Adult admission is $10, and covers both days. No charge for children 12 and under.

Inside vendor tables are available for $40 each and require 1 admission ticket per vendor.

Please order/purchase vendor table(s) and admission ticket(s) on-line via hfpcars.plumtx.com website. There is no way to indicate vendor table numbers on that web site.

To pick your table please go to the auditorium layout. Tables are color coded as White – Available, Blue – Requested, or Orange –Reserved. Select a white table(s) and email your name, call sign, phone number, and desired table selection to . If you would like to be listed as an attending Vendor on our vendor list please include that as well. The Vendor Table group will contact you with a reply to your email, or via a separate email, and confirm your table(s) location or contact if someone beats you to table.

Past vendors that have had the same table that are colored might be reserved for you so please contact and confirm your reservation as soon as possible.

Please email at least three weeks in advance of the event if you need electrical service at your table. There is no extra service fee for electricity, but we need to let the Auditorium team know ahead of time.

On the day of the event, please check-in at the vendor booth and get a vendor wrist band.

Loading and unloading is done on the right side of the Auditorium only. Vendors can check-in and start unloading at 7:15 AM both Friday and Sat. Items can be left overnight inside the Auditorium.  All vendors need to pack up and exit the Auditorium prior to Sat. 5:00 PM.

NOTE –NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED, per the City of Melbourne.

Tailgate area parking spots are $20 each and require 1 admission ticket per tailgater.

Tailgate Slot sales group will send tailgate pass with slot location and name for tailgater to print out. Please print out a tailgate pass and show it to the tailgate monitor prior to going to your slot. All conflicts and possible need to change slots need to go to Vendor Booth for resolution, bring tailgate pass with you.

Tailgaters arriving on Friday need to park outside of the tailgate area and come into the Auditorium and stop at Vendor Booth for tailgate assignment. Once the tailgate is assigned then a pass will be given and you can proceed to the tailgate monitor and then to the parking slot.

People that have no Tailgate pass will be requested to leave the tailgate area and park in the general public parking area.

Per the City of Melbourne & the Auditorium rules, there IS NO overnight parking to include campers and RVs.

The world famous PCARS Consignment Table has super bargains on radios, accessories, and more, If you have a few items to sell, you may place them on our table. We will sell them for your stated price range and keep a small donation. Please fill out the consignment form in advance, and bring it with your items. You may also donate items to our club and get a receipt for tax purposes.

The PCARS ARRL VE Team will be administering amateur exams on Saturday, beginning at 10AM. This is your chance to either get your license or upgrade during the Hamfest.  Advanced registration is preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted. Location of testing will be announced in the next few months, so stay tuned here for details.
